A few weeks ago I ordered an item for my daughter in law for Christmas. The package came torn. They had shipped a box in an envelope. I talked to someone and they agreed to ship me another and I had to ship the damaged one back. Today I got the reorder and the box was completely smashed. They offered to send me another one, but since it is a gift for Christmas, there is no time. I thought they might offer me a refund, but no. I doubt I will be shopping there again.
