I had hoped the new look Uniqlo would be good. After a few orders it was back to a few years ago re poor state of deliveries. I was emailed my order was delayed for a few days and then overnight I heard it ‘was delivered’ at 0507!!! No sign of delivery and had camera footage confirming this. Long email correspondence and form to fill in while they keepmy money, then suddenly 10 days after order the package arrived. No explanation after having asked for full refund and to forget the whole thing. So now have to send back order while I still wait for my money. Has put me off ordering again. I have learnt my lesson! No replies from Uniqlo to other complaints on TP so they don’t care. Also hidden returns’ postage cost deducted from refund normally. Since this issue, I got my money back and £20 recompense so have given them benefit of the doubt and used Uniqlo again. But it was time consuming and tough to know who to write to.
