Exactly the same issue as noted below - returned four items for refund but only received credit for two. Uniqlo claimed that the warehouse had only received the two items - which simply not possible as all items were in one package. Uniqlo refused to investigate further and refused refund. Happily PayPal came to the rescue. Suggest not to use Uniqlo, but if you do and if you make any returns take photographs of everything. Utter disgrace.
