Need better online experience. I had 2 different sizes of the same pair of shoes delivered for a store pick up with the intention to return the size that doesn’t fit (they’re unisex, so hard to guess from online description). Upon picking up at the store, I was informed that stores don’t process online order return. There’s a possibility of an exchange with another item, but not when customer has paid using PayPal. Customers are being charged to mail back returned item. This is under the disguise of ‘environmental benefits’. However, logic dictates by not allowing customer to return to the source (their own retail shop), order will now have to go through the post, resulting in unnecessary emission.Shameful practice from Uniqlo. Items are good quality, but need to rethink customer experience as well as their greenwashing strategy as a company.
