I spend a lot of money in Uniqlo shops, so decided to buy two winter coats online. Neither were perfect so I took them to a Uniqlo shop for a refund. Shop refused to accept them, stating that online purchases can only be returned back by Hermes.The coats had been posted separately in small bags, but I only received one postage label for them, so I first packed the coats in the small return bags, then wrapped the parcels in a larger bag. On this, I attached the return label and left the bags in a drop point.Two weeks later I received a refund for only one coat.I have emailed the customer services back and forth, but they take no responsibility for the lost/stolen coat.Either the parcel was tampered with and one coat was stolen on the journey, or the warehouse has lost the other coat.I'm now £110 poorer and now need to take this company to court.Sad thing is, I've bought many items for my family during the years, but won't shop with them until they sort their issues as I can't trust their returns service.
