Ordered a women's coat from uniqlo, arrived with a tear on the arm.Contacted them on the 31st Dec and still not heard back from customer services since in regards to a refund.UNIQLO Customer Care Case: 00259690Chased multiple times but it now seems they have their head in the sand. Really disappointing customer service for such a big company.I wouldn't buy from them again after this experience, but already I'll be out of pocket for a product which is defective!I'll be continuing to chase via all channels to make this public but judging by all the reviews on trust pilot I wouldn't hold my breathe.
