Returns not being processed

I am very disappointed all round. I was not impressed with the quality of goods ordered so had to make a return. I Then found, like many others, that hidden somewhere is the information that although returns are free, they make a return charge fee and this is quite unjustified. I have just telephoned to ask where my refund is as the tracking says that they have had the item back for six days, only to be told that they have such a high number of returns they have a big backlog. Other companies seem to be able to make refunds in a timely manner and they don't charge a return fee. I will not be purchasing anything from Uniqlo again and strongly recommend that this company is avoided.
