Very disappointed with Uniqlo refund policy. The stores operates in almost every Westfield. But no, you can ONLY GET A REFUND AT THE STORE YOU BOUGHT IT FROM. If you take it back to the store near to you, they can only offer an exchange and customer should be grateful for such service? After forcefully exchanged for another item, there was a 10 cents credit. I said keep the change, but that's when the customer services got better. I was forced to buy a paper bag for 15 cents. So I had to pay them another 5 cents. Thank God we still have 5 cents, or I'll have to use my bank card to pay the difference. Uniqlo refund policy and customer experience was exceptionally....appalling! Whoever put in place such poor customer services and policy is out of touch with the real world. Uniqlo haven't discovered a thing called 'customer service'?My intention was to support businesses after a long lockdown and to help keep jobs in the local communities. I was wrong to think they needed our support. So long and farewel uniqlo.
