Their EZ jeans used to be the best jeans on earth (smart looking jogger jeans) for that they get 6/5 stars aloneI knocked one star off because their material changedI knocked another star off due to their website navigational issuesI knocked a further star off due to them (despite me telling me about my situation and why I couldn't have the present opened on time) that I could not return my product after 30 days post delivery, when the website states 28 daysTWO DAYS! Can you believe it. 2/5 stars for thatUpon further complaining and a quick phone call, Patricia on the customer service department was kind enough (unlike previous folk I'd emailed and conversed with) to help me organise a hermes returnPatricia on the phone was so helpful! She really made me want to buy from Uniqlo again - and I she is the reason that I did not give this a poorer ratingDEAR UNIQLO: If customer services are reading this address two issues:1) GET MORE EZ SOFT jeans, from the OLD and SUPER SOFT material2) GET MORE STAFF LIKE PATRICIA
