I ordered the camel coat online size XS was too small for me and exchanged it in store (Angle) with size S. Unfortunately, the product's left shoulder does not have garment cover and have to return or exchange it. I went to the Angel store to exchange the item but no size to exchange. I was told to return by post as it was online order. When I tried to return it online, it said I can't return it because I exchange the product in the store. What is the worst of Uniqlo, they do not want to cash back and try to sell other products to the customer by not allowing to return the faulty product. The store's counter staff at Angel is rude and very bad communicator. I have the faulty product in hand and can't return or exchange it. Unless I get the other items for equal amount of my spent money, Uniqlo forces its customers to buy other products from it. Where is your right moral toward your customer, UNIQLO?
