I sent a package to my mother’s home from Amazon. UPS deliver the package to another residence in another county. Not even in the same zip code! Tried contacting someone from UPS and had to deal with the automated BS. Not helpful at all and hung up on me several times. Does not give the option for your package not being delivered to the correct address. It just says it’s deliver and hangs up. I reached out to Amazon and they helped me. They ordered me another item, confirmed the address and said they would deal with UPS to retrieve the item they delivered to the wrong address. How hard is it to read an address. 1Z47E1490348098206 heights is not Brunswick Ohio!
