Terrible Company

Terrible Company. Forced to have them for internet through apartment complex. I guess their terrible treatment of their workers led to a strike and that's why I haven't had internet for a month. Couldn't recommend them less. Very unreliable.

Can't fault deliveries

I am an amazon prime customer and if at all possible I get deliveries to a local parcel shop.I've always been very happy with delivery and time scales.I've recently had seriously terrible experiences with Evri and Yodel deliveries. Between them I've heard every excuse in the book as to why they haven't delivered and it's sometimes taken 11 days to deliver a package.Out of all services I use Amazon is the best for deliveries.I looked at a few reviews on here before writing and it seems like I've been lucky. Unfortunately Amazon may have contracted out to the other inferior courier services, due to heavy demand.

Review of healthline

They are just product advertisements

They are just product advertisements, their advice is actually quite dangerous and is purely propaganda in my opinion. Their claims are ridiculous. Ignore people who claim this site is getting their information from pubmed and is purely science based, they wouldn't know science if it slapped them in the face. Any company can do a study and get it in pubmed. The egg board for instance have unhealthy products to sell. So they make a nutrition board, peddal fake science and Healthline presents egg yolk as nutritious. Bada bim, bada boom. Lots of eggs are sold and heart attacks, strokes ant impotence goes up. Healthline has dangerous advice to say the least. They are not a trustworthy source because they don't present information, they lobby to sell products... in my opinion at the expense of your health.

Review of chegg

Hi ive been subscribed to chegg for…

Hi ive been subscribed to chegg for about a year or 2 years now and honestly, its the best thing ever! If it wasn’t for chegg, i think id fail a lot of my classes. But there only one problem i have with chegg witch is a make it or break it. I used to use chegg as my main source of homework material, but now i use coarse hero instead. *the only problem i have is that you guys took out the comment section under the answers where someone asks a question. Having people comment on the question in the “comments box” was a large part of why I subscribe to you. Thats because if the tutor answered the question wrong, students would comment*** the right answer in the comment box. They would also explain why it was wrong. It made using chegg more effective. Also coarse hero has a comment section thats why I switched to it for my main source of answers. If you guys have a comment section, that would make me and i feel like a lot more people use chegg. Also, chegg tutors answer the questions a bit faster than coarse hero.

A Continuous Cycle of Disappointment: Missing Items and Refused Returns

My recent experiences with AliExpress have been incredibly frustrating, confirming a continuous cycle of issues from delivery to their return/refund process. What was once a convenient platform has become a source of consistent disappointment, leading me to seriously reconsider ever ordering from them again. The most recent issue revolves around Order ID: 1113803041036471, for the "KZ AZ15 & ZS10 PRO X Wireless in Ear HiFi IEMs Music Bass Headset Wireless." The product image clearly depicted both the KZ AZ15 wireless module and the ZS10 PRO X earphones coming together as a set. However, upon receiving the order, only the wireless module (KZ AZ15) was included; the ZS10 PRO X earphones were completely missing.I immediately initiated a refund request and communicated with AliExpress customer service via email. To my astonishment, their customer service has refused to accept the return or process a refund, despite the clear discrepancy between the advertised product (with both items) and what I received. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, essentially a scam, where the misleading image encourages a purchase that isn't fulfilled.Adding to this frustration is the blatant contradiction with their stated return policy. AliExpress explicitly advertises: "Not satisfied with your order? Send it back within 90 days after order was placed. The first return on each order is free (up to 5 times per month)." Yet, when I tried to exercise this right for a clearly incomplete and misrepresented order, my request was denied. This inconsistency between policy and practice is appalling. To reiterate, from the disastrous delivery service (as detailed in a separate review for iMile) to their now completely unreliable returns and refund process, AliExpress has become an absolute mess. Every interaction seems to lead to another problem and a struggle to get basic customer service.I am thoroughly disheartened by these experiences. I will sadly be stopping all future orders from AliExpress and returning to more reliable online retailers that offer consistent quality service, both in delivery and post-purchase support. Buyers beware.

Scam and they won’t make it right

Purchased tickets in November for an event on January 9. I never received my tickets from the seller, the event passed & I reached out to customer support for a refund and it has not been issued. Called, spoke to someone who needed to “escalate to support team” still waiting for a response. It’s not rocket science to figure out what happened here! Why is it so hard to get a refund for this scam?!

Review of keap

"Stay Away from Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) - Rip Off Company!"

I have been a loyal customer of Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) for over 8 years, and my recent experience trying to cancel my subscription has been nothing short of infuriating and deceitful.Firstly, Keap has removed the option to cancel your subscription directly from their website. Instead, you're forced to contact their support team, which is already a hassle. When I finally reached out to cancel, I was met with a shocking process designed to manipulate and retain customers against their will.Upon requesting cancellation, I was redirected to a specialist operator whose sole purpose seemed to be convincing me to stay. They employed aggressive tactics to discourage my decision to cancel, making the process incredibly uncomfortable and time-consuming.Even after persistently insisting on cancellation, Keap's policies are structured in a way to penalize customers. They require a minimum of 10 days' notice before the renewal date to avoid being charged for an additional month. In my case, this additional charge amounted to a staggering $1800, despite my cancellation request being made well before the renewal date. After 8 years of faithful payments to Keap, I expected better treatment as a departing customer. Instead, they chose to exploit my situation and charge me for services I no longer wanted or needed.I strongly advise anyone considering Keap's services to steer clear. Their business practices are predatory and unethical. It's evident they prioritize squeezing every last dollar out of their customers, even at the cost of integrity and customer satisfaction.Avoid Keap at all costs. There are plenty of reputable and customer-friendly alternatives in the market. Don't fall victim to their deceptive tactics. Stay well clear and protect yourself from their rip-off schemes!
