I have had such an unpleasant experience with you. Was promised delivery within 10 days. More than 10 days ago.Then told, and only then, dress is on back order. So you lied when I ordered the dress!E-mailed you with the problem, only to recieved standard e-mail reply requiring me to again do your work for you, spend my time on navigating your website, finding out how to contact a human. Whereupon a human could not be contacted and a bot could not help AND the chat function did not allow my messages be sent to the bot. This malfunction occured every time I tried to chat with URBAN OUTFITTERS. My mails where not being replied, other than by a bot sitting URBAN OUTFITTERS had registered my mail.So I feel that there have been lies about product availability, delivery time and an utterly nonfunctioning customer service and nonfunctioning contact.Oh, and creating an account was required, they wrote, to track a delivery, but my purchase was not registered, so tracking was not possible. Nothing to seems to work in any area of customer service. Perhaps a whole new set of supervisors and bosses is needed.
