I bought a pair of Uggs from you at the end of august. Due to the unseasonably warm weather I have only started to wear them this week. I put them on for the second time today and they have ripped at the seam at the back of the boot. I have contacted Urban Outfitters to request a replacement under 2015 sale of goods act, but I have no had any response. I now have a very expensive pair of Uggs that are not fit for purpose.
