Ordered a crochet dress from their website about 10 days ago for my festival this week. It still is yet to be shipped. I contacted customer service who were very vague and said it would be shipped in 2-3 days. NEVER again will I order from Urban Outfitters and if you want something sooner than Christmas I urge you to do the same.
