Awaiting my Amazon parcel I checked the website to read that my parcel had been "handed to the resident".WHAT! I decided to check if the parcel had been kindly taken in by a neighbour. By the way I have been in all day, sat less then 4 metres from my front door and my hearing is fine. No knock on the door had took place. I opened my front door to check with my neighbours and there is my parcel on my front step, value of contents £112, visible to others on a busy road, cars and pedestrians. I have been an Amazon customer since 1998 and this is the first time this kind of thing has happened. Not impressed at all. I always think/thought of Amazon as the benchmark for customer service.

Had it on a previous device purchase 2 years back, but don't use now, YET I get a 'auto' renewal notice for June this year 2025. Went on line and into my apparently active account, and despite going straight into 'Renewal/Refund' NOTHING alllows me to change' auto' to 'manual'. Went all over my account - totally useless!

Chipsaway. Car paintwork repairs. Just used the company on the recommendation of my son. I must say they were excellent. Quick to respond to initial email, fast and flexible when arranging time for work to be carried out. Price very reasonable. Work carried out in a very professional way. Finished result absolutely perfect. My new car now back to showroom condition. Would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have ESPN plus for the PPV ufc fights. It STOPPED streaming as soon as the main card came on and I was on hold for an hour with customer service. I eventually got to watch the fight AFTER everything happened but I never got my money back. So not only do I waste money on the subscription but I wasted $64 on a PPV that I didn’t get to watch live.

Waited over 3 hours for someone to be assigned for assistance. Called several times and was told I would get a message when the request was assigned! What happens to 24 service!! And to top it off weather was 18 degrees!! With children at 3am

Don't use if you live in a rural area! They would not send someone out to fix our flat tire, so we wound up doing it ourselves.When I called to cancel our policy, they refused to cancel it, and they (two people) were also rude.Do not recommend - just use your insurance company's roadside assistance option.

Good offer initially and then without notice I was billed $50 for 1 month. When I called to inquire, they informed me it was an introductory offer and there was nothing I can do except cancel and still be charged $50. Congratulations WSJ, you screwed me out of $50Why would I trust anything they print with unscrupulous business practices.

I drive wine tours. I get tips on Venmo. Lately, It refuses to let me sign in. It doesn't recognize my password, and if I change it the same thing happens. The Help Center crashes on me, and I can't get a human. I connect using the Venmo APP, and it then tells me to "sign up for the app". Continous red error messages.............I would leave Venmo but it is employer- provided. I am so tired with Tech wasting our time and complicating our lives needlessly

I had mistakenly inputted wrong details at the moment of the purchase,However, the customer support via email was reluctant to help by sending me justifications that they cannot cancel the invoice so I can enter my correct company details.By the way, Shutterstock does not issue real invoices for companies residing outside US.They just send you a receipt, and they tell you that this is acceptable (which is not) by you tax services.
