Terrible customer service. I made an order on April 29 and was charged $119 that day. I received a second charge on May 13, for the same order, same amount again. I emailed customer service and had the second charge reversed on May 20, but then the same amount was charged on my card again. I reached out again on May 24, nothing happened. I reached out again on May 27 and was guaranteed I would received a refund within 48 hours. Still nothing. Plus I haven’t even received my order. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied!
