Trying to pay a contractor and I'm constantly being declined for no reason. I called customer support and the guy said there is no reason for the declines. Just keep trying and it SHOULD eventually go through. I asked him to transfer me to a technical support representative or a member of management. He said that wasn't possible and I would probably just need to find an alternate payment option. It seems as though their team members simply do not care, nor does the company as a whole...
