Useless app when have restrictions on your account !!!

I've been a customer for many years. So when you don't have any restriction on your account, venmo is great, everything is smooth when you send money to your friends. Now if they suspect some kind of fraudulent transactions (it can happen any time for no reason). You will not be able to use your account for many month because they are incompetent. I'm not seeing any other reasons. They can't make the difference between legit and fraudulent transactions. The only solution they found is to put restrictions on your account for many month. Now my last issue I had with them was trying to add a new debit card or bank account. I called the customer service they told me I can't add any new debit card or new bank account on my account for security reasons. I will have to wait 6 month to be able to add a new bank account. Woww they call themselves a fintech company. This is ridiculous. In my case I coudn't use my old accounts and I'm not going to wait 6 month to be able to add new bank accounts. They never gave me this information the day I opened my account and add method payment. They should at list put some kind of notification. I just closed my account. I'm better off without them. There is many other options out there to send money. But I don't understand how a company like that have so much success. They pretty suck at being a tech company. They can't solve problems. They don't deserve there success. The customer support was rude because he didn't care. My advice, use an other app to send money.
