Started covering unauthorized charges with hidden overdraft

Initially fantastic the first couple years I was one of the first to get their debit card. Never had any problems always treated like it was a prepaid debit card - there should be no way this card can overdraft Then last summer I start getting messages they are pulling money off my other accounts to fund it (without my initiating it) and every transaction I made always had exactly enough on the card to use (weary of so many online companies - overcharging - duplicate charging etc). - then out of the blue my account has been frozen to pay them back? I was so confused - could not figure out what the heck was going on. Discovered somewhere last summer they decided they could cover overdraft charges and then charge you back, I was furious - called them up and told them to look at my account history - and since they decided to "provide me a feature like a checking card (not debit) I now had 2 or 3 charges on my card I did not initiate or authorize (like I said I've been buying online for over 20 years to the tune of thousands of dollars every month - so when you use online purchases that heavy - you tend to run in to the above mentioned problems. The worst part is there no way to determine the "charge they covered in account history as it does not appear for some reason and the amount the subtract are random it would take a CPA to make sense of it - so I had to say goodbye to venmo.
