Where are the negative stars?This company is an absolute S_ _ T STORM!I made a tiny mistake; the receiving party didnot have a Venmo acct and Venmo kept my $1000hostage. I suppose folks that are disputing lesser amounts just walk away. It is my belief that is how customer service (ya, right) makes money! They get commissions off of these abandoned funds.DO NOT GIVE UP! Call your bank and dispute the transaction. It took me 4 days AND I got my money back💰
