I was a bit worried after reading the reviews. I also noted that the 1800 customer number is disconnected. My confirmation email had gone to my junk / spam folder, but assumed it was not received. I emailed VS Customer Service and they replied within two business days to confirm my order. The VS CS were really lovely and explained full process. I ordered Vanilla body lotion and Spray, a very popular product that delivered within 9 business days. Just a few weeks before Christmas.My personal experience has been a positive one. I will order from this site again.
