I’ve been trying to port my number to Vodafone for three months, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life.I've been hung up on five times, sent to physical stores eight different times, and had the process canceled without explanation multiple times. On top of that, I’ve been disrespected by customer service agents on at least four occasions, and I’m still nowhere closer to having my issue resolved.Vodafone has wasted an incredible amount of my time, shown complete disorganization, and a total lack of accountability. If you value your time, energy, and sanity, avoid Vodafone at all costs.
