All the agents at Booking.com act like robots. They repeat the same phrases and offer no real help. It feels like their goal is just to make you give up on your rights. They have no actual information about anything, and they never resolve your issue. It’s a complete waste of time dealing with them.

The worst customer service from store managers to call center. I have been attempting for months to get a billing issue resolved and they will not even allow you to speak with anyone that can help. They claim that a case is created for a manager to review, however no one ever follows up. Very disappointing service.

To be Fair, customer service was great, friendly, fast and very helpful, i cant unterstand the reviews of that...BUT: in a very analytical way i want to review this:- Software ist "not trash" or bad like people say here, also the truth is; the software has absolutely nothing special. It can nothing what ubbersuggest, or sistrix or the other 100 seo softwares can not.- Price is 100 Euro for Basic Version and that is ok, not expensive, but its not a special or very very good software. It cant even live-track keywords, u just get an update every week.. or u have to pay another 50 dollarsSo in a very fair, and analytical review: its a good software but not better and absolutely not more special than for example ubbersuggest or anyother software for Freeware to 20 Dollars ... we r also using as 3. Tool.My Expirience with the Customer Service was aboslutely great, friendly and great people helping me fast and solving my problem, anything else would not be fair!Software can nothing, in ubbersuggest u get life updates everyday for your rankinks. Also in ahrefs KPI's and Numbers and Data is not acurate and up to date! Its shows wrong positions and wrong Date very often!

Over all, the format of CNN News is great. But recently, it began a leader recording "THIS IS CNN". If I forget to turn down my cell, it disrupts everyone around. I like to read the news in the morning before I get up, often before my wife wakes. Well, she's awake after that. I just can't use the app any more. I know it's CNN. I don't want or need the reminder.

They sell afordble hotels but if you have any problem like I did and ending up with a vacation with my girlfriend in something that more look like a prison than a garden villa then your on your own. They say they don’t have any responsibility for what they sold and for you to take it up with the hotel. You pay a lot for your time of and flights so don’t risk using such unserious company, go for hotels or booking I would say. I never had any problems with them.

All of my photos, videos and files are now gone, based on my political views. Beware of this Leftist radical company patriots!

I found no store accepts their card because their high commissions and the ones accepts Amex raising their prices to pay those commissions. It's not good for shop or not good for shoppers. People should just ditch those types of companies.

Worst price transparency ever. Apparently, what I thought was a price per course is actually a monthly subscription fee, you can't find out the price of a course unless you click enroll and there is no clear contact email address to ask about these issues.

DO NOT USE THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY When I first set this up it was a fab idea to get a coffee and feel some appreciation for all the hard work I do in art ... I do it to make me feel worth wile.. I got 4 coffees bought recently but this site changed to onlu being able to draw 20 pound out as they take 3 that means I need 1 more coffee and it took me years to get those... it won't use paypal.like before and works only on stripe .. I don't have a business or companies house number so I tried that long to set it up I put in I don't have a business as the business name ... eventually I set up the stripe and still my money disnt go in .. I begged them to sort it they said two other companies to get my money through , I'm dyslexic and quite frankly pi##ed off with them ... what an appalling thing to do do make a site to help support starving artists then show them a little money they have for a coffee but cant get to it .. disgusting

Up to today, there has been no response, even though I submitted additional information 4-5 days ago!2. I contacted support@ for assistance with the issue of being unable to input alphabetic characters into stripeExpress, and their response was very slow. I replied to their message after receiving the email in just 5 minutes, and they got back to me after over a day! Moreover, their response did not support me in any way."Hi there! Can you kindly share the email and URL associated with your account so I can check?"I sent you the email address, and as for the associated URL, I don't know what it is. If it's related to the account, you should check it on your system! And this is the second email where you ask the same meaningless question!And especially, I don't understand how it relates to the issue I mentioned?
