Customer service rejects speaking English.They offered me to provide free internet for 3 months until my old internet contract termination but Customer service provided incorrect information about the deadline for submitting confirmation of the old provider’s contract termination. In reality, it was not possible to take advantage of the porting offer, which waives payments for the remaining duration of the old contract, as providers do not allow termination requests to be submitted before entering the final month of the contract.There are also other issues like my cable internet was cut for 1 day and so on
