Wretched Product and Customer Service.

I shut-off my home phone number years ago, but my account is still stored under that number. The automated response system is trash. Your internet is down? You call using your mobile. No, it's not about this mobile number. They start harassing you to give a mobile number for an internet problem. You finally get to the next menu and voice recognition is hit or miss. The system hangs-up on you randomly over and over. My box resets itself EVERY NIGHT 2-3 times in a row. I'm working from home this week, but I cannot work today. I've tried resetting the box 3 times. My laptops show me having internet, but NOTHING connects. Not even Outlook. This is sadly not the first incident.Do not sign-up with this company. Their customer service is WRETCHED, as is the product you intermittantly receive.For Vodafon Germany
