I have been trying for nearly a month to get paid for hosting a stay at my holiday home. Six separate agents have given me six different reasons for why I have yet to be paid. I spent 45 minutes on hold with one agent before hanging up. When it was escalated, the agent rang me at midnight my time. I didn't pick up. I was asleep. She then emailed me and asked me to email her back. I did and received an email back saying the email address is no longer monitored. I rang an 8th agent - after hanging up on the 7th - and he told me my situation hadn't been escalated. I've now been assured by a 9th agent the escalation agent will call me back before midnight. I have lost faith and hope I will ever be paid. I have lost faith and hope in Vrbo. I have lost faith and hope in humanity.
