Booked to stay in a property one night with our dogs. The next morning was accosted by a woman/owner rep with her dog, saying we should have told them we had dogs, there was a limit of two, there was an extra charge for them. None of this had been on the listing, which I said. When we got home, they contacted Vrbo wanting extra £75 or they'd put in a bad review of us. When we refused to pay, that's what they did. They also contacted us separately wanting an additional £266, which we also refused to pay. Despite there customer guarantee, it was extremely difficult to contact Vrbo to report this/complain and when I finally managed it, they don't care - and they have refused to publish this honest account of what happened. Avoid Vrbo at all costs - our experience has been extremely distressing - stick to Air B&B
