If I could give this company, zero stars, I would. We booked an apartment through Expedia who used VRBO to source the property. First the property was listed In the wrong location (10km away from listed location) and this was only found out on arrival at the airport. The property was listed falsely on bookingcom and Expedia. When we arrived the appartment was run down and in need of repair. There was an inspection going on as we arrived to the room as the bath had been leaking into a property below. After going through Expedia to be told our complaint needed to be taken up with VRBO themselves. We were given a refund that was arranged by the hotel themselves and not the providers, VRBO then agreed on a further amount of compensation to be credited our account for future holidays, so far it’s been over 40 days and approximately 15 hours on the phone. Majority of that being put on hold. This company falls so short of customer service they should be embarrassed. We have emails to back the issue and hope that it is resolved soon. But for now the situation has been more than frustrating.
