I don't want to have to retell my story as I have done it multiple times during my 5 hours of phone calls trying to resolve my issues. I even contacted the executive team to try and resolve it. Unfortunately they only responded that they would look at it and haven't done so. My vacation was ruined. I was left scrabbling myself to get accommodations as my family looked on. The owner of the company cancelled 4 hours prior to check-in and VRBO did very little to help. In fact I wish they had just told me I was on my own from the beginning. The process of dealing with them has been painful. Never again!
