Where to start? The “house” was filthy—moldy food left in the oven, mold in the shower….much more but those health issues were of utmost concern. Vrbo didn’t care. Told me they’d call me to help. They did not. Told me they’d email me, they did not. Refused to get us out of this health hazard. Abominable and shameful.
