It really sucks

It really sucks. Web site is confusing and portal is poorly designed, leading you to nowhere. After ordering the ticket on WeChat and it said a confirmation is sent to my email to set up the account. Neve received that email, cannot ask them to resend the confirmation. If Microsoft Help Desk is bad, it can only be No. 2. EventBrite is No. 1.

Best Western Sonoma Valley InnWould not recommend this location. Due to the fires plaguing the area, events were canceled, until further notice. We requesting a full refund and was informed, "No." When speaking with the manager he gave a very negative attitude. I am a normal customer to Best Western and his customer services skills are lacking. We will not be return to this establishment.

Where do I start!National Insurance staff told me I owe nothing but the web site says I have underpaid so I discuss this over about 40 emails and phone calls. They admit I owe nothing but in two years have failed to correct the misinformation.The reason is that many people will be paying non refundable money not realising it’s not necessary once you have your qualifying years which incidentally they changed under the radar a couple of years back adding thousands to the bills of people like me they had already told were fully paid up.The scam is as follows: You have a pension statement saying you owe nothing. They change the law but don’t tell you so a few years later you then DO have to start paying again. They show the middle years as being underpaid when in fact you owe nothing and if you don’t ask the right questions you pay thousands to catch up thinking your pension will be affected.It won’t and having mislead you they won’t refund YOUR money.

I'd give minus stars if I could

I'd give minus stars if I could. We ordered and every day for a week thr package was delayed to the following day. We had ordered packing materials as we're moving house so this has caused a lot more stress than it should have. Bol's deliveries are utterly unreliable. And service is non existent, you can only chat with a bot. They've gone down the pan in recent years, I'd never use them again.

2 years ago I purchased a 1600$$$ ice maker from the Best Buy in Auburn hills Michigan for a lake house that I'm only at 5 months out of the year. I came in for the holidays to find out my 1600$$$ ice maker is not working. Had an appliance guy look at it. He could not Repair so I took it out to the Auburn hills store They also can not repair it. Not only do that not Give a Rats Ass about me how much I spent or the products that they sell. I would not buy a toilet from Best Buy because they don't care about you as a consumer or stand by the products they sell you. I would buy from anyone but Best Buy.

What have the BBC done to their news app??? I had stopped using it and been using sky’s. I kept checking to see if the new version had been revoked, but no. So it has been deleted for good. It’s just awful to use, I can’t find anything which before was just easy. Can’t imagine what were they thinking??? Awful is all I can say!

I just bought general admission tickets…

I just bought general admission tickets to the NASA museum in Houston. Realized that I bought it for the wrong date and needed to change the date. Trip Advisor refused to help and called the museum its self. They said I had to contact Trip Advisors since I brought it through their website. They refused to help. Therefore, I lost the money and have to get new ones for the correct date. Such a scam. Just het your tickets through the vendor.

Why is the national trust still operating a booking system, it is mandatory to wear face masks now in confined spaces and shops, and the national trust places have a lot of space, members are getting left out because no spaces are ever left and the trust must be loosing a lot of money due to people cancelling thier memberships its appauling thinking of cancelling our membership because cant get booked anywhere

Two attempts to cancel my subscription perhaps succeeded today after an hour and eighteen minutes on their wonky chat line. Unbelievably unprofessional and amateur. To answer their endless questions, no, the journalism is not that strong. I have found it very light and shallow. The depth that we now get with US media is not there.

Economist subscription department failure

It pains me to write another review of the Economist subscription department but the staff there are plainly not up to the job . Today I wanted to upgrade a digital subscription purchased for my son on 7 December to a print plus digital subscription but it took for ever to sort this out. At my first attempt their agent maintained that they had not received my payment via PayPal. As she was clearly floundering I asked to be put in touch with her supervisor but there was no reply although I waited for some time. After checking with PayPal I was able to go back to the subscription department with details of my payment. The second agent, Karen, was marginally more helpful but seemed to be unaware that London is in the UK. I asked to change my gift digital subscription to a digital plus print subscription, but she said this was not possible despite the fact that an Economist email said I could alter my subscription by going to “My account” on the Econlmist web page. . I then asked to cancel my digital subscription but she said this was not possible, even though cooling off periods are allowed by law for card payments.The subscription department staff need substantially more training

Stay away from Coinbase

Coinbase is the worst company I ever dealt with in my life. It deducts a large percent of your money from your sale transaction for no reasons, no difference from stealing. it tries to keep you money by not allowing you to withdraw because it makes you difficult to link your bank account so you cannot withdraw. And its app is a disaster. I tried to sell my shares for two days but always got error message: Something went wrong without any solution provided.

Prepare to go broke all so you could receive a half assed education

I had to pay a lot to access my materials for multiple courses in university aside from paying for tuition. I bought an access key which won’t let you access your course and once you do access your course you might have to pay twice to access the materials you already paid for that way your course is active. Tell me how that makes sense? Why am I paying tuition when I’m basically receiving an education through a website that eats up your damn money

There is bad, very bad, and then there’s these guysDo not use at any cost unless you want to lose your money, these guys are just another bunch of scammers prying on the vulnerable. Customers service is shite non existence and your forced to go round and round in circle with an AI robot. I’m forced to give a star but they shouldn’t be give anything, please be very careful when handing over your hard earned money to these scammers they will talk real nice in giving your money to them and it’s a complete nightmare getting it back, I’ve learnt a valuable lesson if it’s not FSA regulated they can pretty much do what they like and rob you blind. Completed stay away you’ve been warned
