Vrbo does not disclose there fees to the consumer before you book a rental.I cancelled my booking for a rental within 24 hours of booking.Not only did they not refund my full amount they kept 100 of it as an account fee they claim a full refund will be return given the cancellation timelines. Also they charge you a service fee at a percentage of what the total rental will be. They do not disclose this information, they are deceitful in not telling the consumer this up front.I will never you this rental site again and I have communicated and shared this information on all social media platform.
