Stayed at a house, reviewed it after, host didn't like review, VRBO emailed ME and told ME to make it right with the host to get the review removed. Ya make that make sense. I emailed the host, told them my review was accurate and offered to add more positives. They offered a bribe. I wrote a review with more positive aspects asked it that one worked better. If not, and they don't want me to review them then they can refund my trip. I would cover tax and fee but they refund cleaning, deposit etc. Host submitted this to VRBO as blackmail and got the review removed. In trying to talk to someone at VRBO to handle this NO ONE CAN HELP!! The people who review cases and make decisions don't have phones. They won't email me back and the customer service line people can't do anything. I feel like this property management manipulated the situation and I got screwed in the process.
