Ordered a carpet on 12/18 with a delivery date of 12/22/23. I ordered it to have before Christmas for a gathering I was having. 12/22 came and went and no update on their website except to say :preparing to ship". I contacted customer service, via chat, on 12/23 and they told me no information was available. I asked if I could cancel the order and I was told "No, since a shipping label had been created they couldnt cancel. I would have to wait for the item to be delivered then I could initiate a return then". Now its the 26th and the shipping status has not changed. I could have purchased a similar rug elsewhere and received it on time. But Wayfairs price was really good. However a good price doesnt help me at this point. Im very disappointed and will not purchase through Wayfair again.
