We purchased a patio umbrella from Wayfair. After 5 or 6 uses the mechanism used to crank the umbrella up and down broke. I sent an email to Wayfair and their reply was that the manufacturer would be in touch via email. We did not receive any communication from them. Asked Wayfair to have the email resent and verified my email address. No email. I've been back in touch with Wayfair 3 times and they keep sending me links to contact the company directly. None of those links work This was $170 umbrella that was used just a few times!
