The shipment box was for a Father's Day present but came smashed. The FedEx driver also left it upside down on our front porch. I contacted Wayfair as I wasn't going to open up an over 200 pound recliner, set it up, only to be non-functional. I had to jump through hoops to get Wayfair to accept the return. And on top of that, I had to pay $80 for return shipping. Never shopping there again. In re: to Wayfair's response that it is "resolved", no it's not. I'm still having to pay $80 to ship the box back. FedEx is picking it up today, I haven't gotten my refund yet, so how is this resolved?
