Customer Dis-Service

I received a bill in the mail 2 weeks before it is due. The bill includes threating verbiage warning me of problems with not paying the bill online. The online registration process isn't working. I called and was bounced around for 30 minutes with NO resolution. This is the worst banking experience I believe I've ever had. Avoid this unprofessional business and go elsewhere~
