I have used Wells Fargo for the better part of the last 8 or 9 years. I have always thought very highly of my bank. However, I feel as if they use to care more about their customers. I recently had fraud within my account. No big deal it happens they are investigating the transaction(s). I had to cancel my old card and they issued me a new one. They no longer do temporary cards only digital cards. I understand that... However my phone not being a phone that is compatible to the digital phone I can not get our use any of my funds unless the bank is open and I must carry cash. Their was a time when I would have (and did) tell everyone they should use Wells Fargo. How easy they were to deal with and how much they cared about their customers. This has been very frustrating for me. I live on a budget as a single mom. No one plans on something like this happening and to have had more stress added to the situation because of the bank I trust(ed) for many years...My heart is broken to say the least. I wouldn't wish this kind of hassle on anyone. In the world that we live in we constantly go go go anyway no one has the time to deal with the issues that I encountered today. I am not sure if I will stay with Wells Fargo or not. I don't want to leave my Bank... I have a lot to think about after this. I use to feel so confident, and now I just don't know anymore.
