DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ! Absolute SCAM!! I signed up for a free trial and set a reminder to cancel. However, I was unable to cancel and it told me I was on a free trial. 4 weeks later I am billed £21. I go on to cancel and still theres no option because it STILL says I am on a free trial. There is literally no button to cancel!! I have even tried googling ‘how to cancel wetransfer’. It is an absolute scam!!! Under no circumstances use this company. Companies like this that make cancelling subscriptions so difficult should be held accountable and I will be contacting the necessary regulatory bodies
