I can't really say much about their security since I know little about that fields. That said, they appear to block a lot of mischief and I have had zero issues with security with WordFence installed. I can tell great support when I get it however and WordFence is one of the few support teams that I am glad to give five stars. My support needs have been fairly simple, but they have handled them quickly and professionally. Their response times seem instantaneous in comparison to most WordPress related companies. Five + stars if it was an option.
