I have been using Wordfence for a couple of years on my two sites. The plugin’s easy-to-follow setup and recommended settings helped speed up both sites. Recently, the automatic Wordfence scans began failing. Unable to figure out the problem, I contacted Wordfence support. They were unable to find any problem on their end, but suggested I contact my hosting provider about a possibly blocked IP address. Sure enough, my hosting provider told me they had recently started blocking an IP address Wordfence used. After my hosting company unblocked the IP address, Wordfence started working perfectly again. I absolutely love Wordfence. Their support team is quick to respond and provides help, even when the problem is not a Wordfence problem. I highly recommend Wordfence.
