Worst customer service ever. They record your conversations but apparently don't have records of you calling. They would like ME to supply them with proof that I called from 1 month ago. I've spent 2 hours with phone calls and emails. Would take weeks to get a response. This was my last email to there customer service support after they wanted me to give them proof of our conversations. This is advice for any business.I'm so glad to part ways with you and the shitty follow up and handling of your customers. Thank god we live in America and have choices to go with your competitors! I can't believe a billion dollar company like HP is still in business. I guess you need to go back to business 101 and understand it is 5X cheaper to keep an existing customer than to find a new one. I'm honestly stunned you would ask a stupid questions as if I keep phone records of my calls to you. I've wasted more than 2 hours on this and you're asking me for proof when your call centers say you are recording these conversations. Shame on HP and you! I will be cancelling my contract immediately and writing a wonderful review for your pathetic customer service. All for $10 dollars worth of ink.
