Leah S., If I can remember her name correctly. God bless her whole entire life and world! She’s helped my wife out with updating her school laptop! This device was a windows 11 but it ran like it was made in 2003! Trust me, that’s an understatement! But my wife followed through with the assistance from the HP remote assistance feature. It started with the help from Naji or something similar, a kind and gentle aura representative that good energy seeped through the screen, as he reassured that I’d we’d be taken care of then he transferred us to Leah! And that’s when the blessings came in and I can almost feel the energy shift me from feeling frantic to confident. Because as we began to communicate through the messages, she automatically knew what was our issue by confirming the issue at hand. After my wife responded to confirm, and Leah asked for permission to take control, we was literally in awe!! 🫢 like I I wish to replay this instance again because what she was doing was amazing! The device had to reboot and our session was short-lived. But Leah S. fixed my wife’s problem with the updates. And now she able to finish her school work with the help from Leah and the rest of the crew at HP customer support! We want to say thank you God for blessing these people with these technical skills.
