Printer works fine a few times with generic cartridges and then out of the blue it won’t work anymore unless HP cartridges which contain way less ink at a much higher price. Plus the HP cartridges keep needing cleaning and keep printing faint lines/problems with the actual quality of the prints. Why require a product and then don’t even make it a quality product? This company is run by pure Greed. First time trying HP and I wish I had read these reviews prior. I am going back to Epson and never returning. They are just going to continue to lose more and more customers if they don’t change things.
