GetResponse is by far the worst company , is a SCAM due to UNFAIR subscription policy that does not refund their customers.I Pay USD 408.84 for one yer subscription, starting on 30-08-2017, and a week ago after i use for FIRST TIME to send a newsletter to my clients , the decide to deactivated my account "The direct reason for the account suspension is unacceptably high ratio of spam complaints that your campaigns have been generating"....How was the spam ratio?? less than 0.5%, for 10.000 mails...less than 50 people. 50 people they call negative metrics abnormally high negative metrics (such as spam complaints, bounces and/or unsubscribes).This is ridiculous excuse to deactivated my account and pretending not refund the money that they pay then in advance.If you read the Term of Service Police, there is NOTHING about " Negative Metrics"They pretending to take your money for the service not provided !!! THAT IS A SERIOUS ISSUE.

All good. Been using prime for years. Always deliver in good time. Most drivers are good but not five stars as a couple just dump items on doorstep without ringing and go. Contacted via chat last time and reported. Always rate the driver if good or bad. 95% of items have been fine.

I recently had a problem with one of your articles being deleted, so I emailed your customer service team and they went right to work and got the deleted article back up and running in a very short time. With Epoch Times we get up-to-the minute news, which is truthful and honest. Keep up the good work.

AI garbage is crowding out real content. What laziness to not QC or fact-check these products. They are cluttering the internet with poor quality images labelled as though they are genuine. One example: search Roman sculpture, and you find numerous images that look like Frankenstein versions of Michelangelo's David. The clothing is wrong, the breaks in the arms are wrong, the anatomy of the neck is cringey (ghoulishly swollen sternocleidomastoid, three...! hyoid bones) and unnaturally cylindrical arms. Let's use real photography and hire real artists.

Purchased a text book which was described as "used - in good condition". I suppose this is relative....I waited ages for the book to arrive and when it did I was so disappointed, especially given the price paid.Appearance:The book was dirty, really grubby, so much so that I did not even want to touch it🤢. When I took the book out of the package and opened it, I flicked it, the pages were not attached to the spine, they were not in numerical order (so I'm not even sure all the pages are there) and they then fell to the floor. The cover and pages are dog eared and generally discoloured I contacted Abe books to explain that due to a bereavement I had been away from where the book was. I request a Return label... no one has responded to this email/that request and today I received a response telling me that I could no longer return it anyway.Not impressed if I could leave ZERO stars I would. Caveat emptor** 12/10/22. I editted my review as in places it was grammatically incorrect, however the essence of the review remains the same.
