Absolute joke of a company . Bought a Xbox elite 2 controller which was due for delivery , said it was delivered ! It was delivered somewhere 40 miles from my home without a signature , turns out it’s been delivered to an Amazon factory for whatever reason! This was not my delivery address , i have no idea how it’s ended up there but I’ve spent 3 days on the phone trying to rectify your mistake ! Still not solved either ! I
