Review of godaddy

customer service had gone downhill fast

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. Prices keep going up, customer service is terrible and i was overcharged for about 9 months before I caught it. They only refunded me for 3 months. Good luck reaching anyone by phone!

Account verification is a complete joke

Account verification is a complete joke. I don’t have access to the email i signed up with 15 years ago but i have access to the gamertag connected with the account and for some reason thats not enough proof of verification. Cant play any games because they decided to log me out of the account and demand a password reset and wont accept my info. Nobody in the world is going to create a new gaming account just to play ea games. Theyre actively diminishing their user base, its pathetic

I had an extremely negative experience…

I had an extremely negative experience with this platform. I listed my property for rent and clearly stated that the minimum stay was 3 nights. However, they allowed a booking for only 1 night. The guests vandalized my house and the next day canceled the payment. Booking.com provided no support or assistance whatsoever. This is an irresponsible and unreliable company. I strongly advise against listing your property on this platform.

Nothing more than the Conservative…

Nothing more than the Conservative party propaganda unit. Complaints are dismissed without addressing concerns raised. Political journalists report government “spin” as fact received from “unnamed government sources”. Totally untrustworthy.

British Brainwashing Commission

British Brainwashing Commission. A quality source of propaganda, fake news and pseudo-science all at the cost of the deceived TV Licence payers. The BBC are completely anti British, outdated and unfit for purpose despite their desperate attempts of fear mongering to push their false narrative on the public.Cancel your TV License and boycott these overpaid tyrants

The BBC sinks to another low

The BBC sinks to another low. Who would have guessed that the BBC could get any lower than the unswept gutter they are already in. Yesterday on the Daily Express there was an article titled "Arrogant BBC bosses under fire for charging more for spread TV licence payments". Please excuse my Clarkson type rant here, but these things need exposing, and thanks to this BRILLIANT site "Trustpilot", it is now easier to do so.The despicable bunch running the BBC have come up with the plan to make it easier for the elderly and the needy to pay their Compulsory Tax (they call it a TV licence). Those with spare cash can pay the tax of £159 in one lump sum. Those struggling and unable to pay the £159 are to be given the very kindly option of spreading the payment over twelve months, with monthly payments totalling £238.50, meaning they are ripped off for an extra £79.50 each year. How can this be tolerated?Of course, they need to get this extra funding to pay the likes of Linekar, Kuenssberg, Graham Norton etc. their mega salaries to belittle Brexit voters and promote the EU and their various minority agendas. I urge all Trustpilot readers to do an online search for BBC salaries. Most of us think that BBC stands for British Broadcasting Corporation, but many of us know it stands for something far more fitting of a description of these parasites that run the BBC. Check the definition of the word Parasite to know that I have not chosen it lightly. In 2019/20 Linekar's remuneration while working for the BBC was £1.75 Million.

Terrible support experience

If you are a beginner don’t waste your time with this software. It is another company that rely on useless AI support. After multiple attempts to get any response from support I only get warnings that they haven’t received any emails and going to close the ticket. I felt like I was communicating with the wall.Very sad to see how nice product is about to die due to terrible support.

Why has Lego sunk so low in it's Customer Service?

It is about time Lego finally realised what a shambles it's website and customer service are. I used to go out of my way to praise Lego support, but it's been shocking in the last couple of years.

Absolutely diabolical!

Would leave minus 5 stars if I could. Trying to get your money back from this lot is like trying to get blood from a stone. I used two separate contactless devices to touch in and touch out during my travel to London not realising that they didn't connect up even though linked to same card. Was overcharged by a substantial amount and provided the evidence via screenshot of my Google Pay Account. Wasn't good enough. They kept emailing me with question after question. I've given up now. They also overcharged me on a day when my train was delayed and I can't seem to apply for a refund online. Getting an error message asking me to contact them. Forget that!

Review of hp

HP business model is same worldwide

Purchased a HP All in one refurbished machine, from HP online Australia. The machine arrived but could never be turned on. Took a long time to get to a real person on the phone. But it took a bad online feedback via their link before someone tried to contact me via email a week later. I could not find the serial number on the machine when asked, then one agent told me to look for it on the original packaging box. I assumed this was to confirm that the serial number was same as that recorded on the tax invoice. I looked on the packaging and assumed this was the correct serial number. Then the machine was picked up for return to the warehouse before refund was issued. Alas I was subsequently advised, by email, that the serial number on the machine did not match that of the detail I took from the packaging. So they accused me of sending the wrong machine back. A long time was spent emailing back and forth trying to convince them that I had no intention wasting my time tricking them by sending back the wrong machine, and was wondering if I found the wrong serial number before sending it back would they have accepted it or they would still accuse me of trying to send the wrong machine back. The whole thing got dragged out for 1 month with email messages from HP reassuring me that they were looking into the problem, before the last email I received today, 28/04/2025 saying they were still wanting the correct machine back, just past 30 days from HP's invitation for review. I was so frustrated and went to their invitation link received on 28/03/2025 intending to leave a negative review. But surprise surprise...a message appeared something along the line "error, submission cannot be done more than 30 days from first submission" when I clicked "submit". Out of desperation I searched online and found this forum and was duly shocked to see all the bad reviews from the UK. Looks like HP's business model is the same worldwide. They are unashamedly deceitful and unaccountable in the way they deal with customer!
