Recently took my young blood hound 9 months to there kennel where we have been 2 times before with him, not to mention we have used there kennel for a few years now. There so called professional dog handler drug my dog to the back on only his hind legs to trim his nails. They had him so terrified that he anal gland all over. They processed to come and tell me how bad of a dog dad I was and that it was my fault that he acted that way. The dog groom was so disrespectful and confrontational it was appalling. The told me not to bring himback, well I don't plan on bringing any pet back there. Not sure of the level of care they give once you leave them in there hands. Have had suspicion before but this proved it to me. This has been a terrifying experience for my dog and my daughter that seen it happen as well. This my opinion and my opinion do not recommend this place.
