Sorry this is a bit late, I actually thought I already reviewed this company.So in late August our air conditioning unit went out and we called Strum. A day after the installation the fan in the unit actually broke off and damaged the unit. Instead of replacing the unit they opened up the unit and bolted the fan back on. In addition, they did not secure the unit to the foundation, and it literally shakes itself off the slab without bricks bracing it.Every year we have problems with this damaged unit that we have to jimmy rig just to get it to work.I would not recommend this company to anyone for any service.
